3.Open the bluetooth of your smart-phone and the APP.Click the bluetooth logo in APP and connect the scooter.
After the scooter is connected successfully,you can use the APP to switch on/off the light,the scooter,change the speed into km/h or m/h,set up cruise control or automatic shutdown time,ect.

4.You can ignore the APP if you do not want to use it after you activate the scooter,you can use the button on the display to operate the scooter.
